Greenbelt Access & Views, Close to DT

Host was incredibly nice and accommodating! House was clean and was a great location!

After being displaced from my apartment due to repairs, this property was such a peaceful escape. My dogs loved the spacious backyard and I enjoyed having a mini mart, restaurant, and trailhead all within walking distance. It was very easy to get on the highway and into downtown. The neighborhood is really quiet and the neighbors were all very friendly. While we enjoyed our stay, I think there are some minor improvements that could be made. Mainly, I think it should be disclosed that the yard is shared. Not a huge issue since no one was occupying the property next door but would’ve been helpful to know prior to booking. Additionally, the upstairs sink wasn’t draining properly, however, Ali was super responsive and quick to offer help. Lastly, the sofa quality isn’t great, so just be mindful if you have back issues.Would recommend this place if you’re looking for a quiet escape close to downtown and access to nature trails!

Great walking area beautiful backyard. Overall day was great coffee shop taco place close by and lots oftrails.

The location of this duplex was perfect as a home base for ACL. The rooms and bathrooms were perfect for our group to have their own places to get ready each day. Our host was also extremely accommodating after our original host cancelled our trip 2 hours AFTER check-in before we made it into town. We reached out, explained our situation, and had this home booked within an hour.

Great area and lovely property right on the greenway for hiking. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything you want in central Austin. And a very conscientious and responsive host!
